In accordance with new California regulations, all of our puppies are placed as pets only. To join any puppy waitlist, a Reservation Membership fee is required.

This membership secures a place on our waitlist and allows us to dedicate the time, planning, and resources needed to responsibly match each puppy with the right family. It also helps ensure that every puppy has a committed home.

Reservation Option (Members Only): Once a litter is announced and posted on our website, members may move to that newly listed waitlist before it opens publicly

Contract with all Health Paperwork, Records and Parental Information given to Members!! 

Puppy Preference & Timeline

We understand that timing and that temperament matter. If a current litter is not the right fit, you may choose to apply your membership to a future or upcoming litter.

Your Reservation Membership may be applied to any posted or upcoming litter within 24 months of the original reservation date. Multiple litters can be reserved with approval. 

If a puppy is not selected within 24 months or two consecutive litters (whichever comes first), the membership will be forfeited. 

We strongly encourage open communication. Our goal is to help you find the right puppy in an appropriate timeframe.

Cancellations & Forfeitures

If a member cancels before puppy selection schedules are released, the Reservation Membership fee is forfeited. So please communicate so that we can get you on the right waitlist and backup waitlists.

Last-minute cancellations require us to reorganize multiple families and secure a new home for the puppy, which is why the fee is non-refundable at that stage.

If a member cancels earlier in the process and within the stated notice period, the membership may be canceled in accordance with these terms.  Refunds are not given due to color or gender. We want to accommodate all of our families, and will work to get you what you want within the workings of Mother Nature. 

Clear communication helps avoid these situations and ensures the best outcome for both families and puppies.

Taxes & Licensing

Please note we are an actual business with a business license. We are also an established LLC. This means that California sales tax is added to the final puppy balance, as required by law.

We are a licensed and legal California business and operate in full compliance with state regulations.

Breeder's Choice

We have the option to keep 1 puppy from each litter as Breeders Choice. If we choose not to take this spot, or do not have a charitable organization for that puppy to be donated to, then our Breeders Choice pup is available for an additional $500. This needs to be to paid after membership reservation fee us made and if it is confirmed available. 

 

This $500 will then be donated to one of our beloved organizations supporting families in need. Please note that this cost is not deducted from the final payment and can not be refunded because of donation implications.

Extended Stay Training 

We can hold puppies longer if needed, in most cases. This needs to be discussed before selection day. We have the right to refuse a longer stay if not able to accommodate. An additional cost of $50 per day will be added to the final cost, as well as costs of shots, vet appointments and any misc. needs of puppy care during their extended time with us.

We accept PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, Cash or check for Membership Reservation Fee ONLY!!

Breeders Choice has to be paid at time of Reservation Fee or when it becomes available. 

Cash or Cashiers Check will only be accepted for Final Payment unless scheduled early.

Travel and Shipping

This is a case-by-case basis. We would be happy to give options. We have met families at Sacramento International Airport for a small fee. We also do offer au pair/"puppy nanny" services if  necessary for long distance travel. She will fly your puppy in cabin and meet you at your local airport. Cost depends on location and time. We NEVER ship puppies unattended or under cabin-that is cruel and can cause sickness.
